Full refund will be granted provided we receive your request to withdraw from the event at least 30 days prior to the event and we are able to replace your team.  Refund will be issued minus any banking or credit card fees.

NO REFUND once tournament schedule is published

Full refund will be granted, less $25.00 processing fees, provided we receive your request in writing to withdraw from the event at least 30 days prior to the event and we are able to find a replacement  team to fill your spot.

If a team cancels within a week of the start date of the event, a refund will be granted providing a replacement team can be found to fill your spot and a $50 processing fee will be subtracted from the registration fee.

No Refund will be granted on or after the event start date.   This policy also includes anyone injured and unable to play during a registered event.

There will be a $25 fee for any returned checks. If your payment was done by check, a refund will be granted via a check within 14 business days.  If payment was received by credit card, a credit will be issued to your credit card within 5 business days minus any processing fees that were incurred.
